synthpop/indietronica composer Barbara Morgenstern is releasing a remastered edition
of her first cassette, on Fish Prints. Very limited quantity.

Lida was born and raised in Washington, DC and grew up in the heady punk-rock days
of the 1980's. Her first song on a record was on the Dischord compilation State of
the Union, as Red Emma. She went on to release nine full-length records and one EP
on Shimmy Disc Records, Caroline Records, Astralwerks, and Alias. motheroceanmorning
is her first full-length release in 19 years.
